Pattern Welded blade with dark greenish-black horn handle.
Scabbard of leather with silver mounts to top and bottom. Upper mount/chape depicting the Coat of Arms of Nepal.

The blade is Pattern-welded, looking similar to Wootz and Damascus though some differences in the technique and apperance. A very fine and heavy Big belly blade (Budhume) with traditional Royal Nepal Army style thick fullers (3) to the blades upper section. Traditional kaudi and silver bolster. Balances on thumb laying down.
Carved dark greenish black horn handle of Kothimora quality, with cream coloured stains over the handle.
Top chape with Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Nepal and bottom chape in traditional pattern with floral leaf pattern. Both made from silver in fine detail reflecting the regional artistic heritage.
Black dotted leather scabbard with back pocket and space for three smaller knifes/tools, includes Karda and Chakmak. Minor knicks to Chakmak handle. Scabbard is 9cm wide and 34 cm long
